ABOUT ME

I swear ever since I came out of the womb I was already an actor. My family would watch American Idol and I would host my version of a concert during commercial breaks or perform a play with my little sister. I enjoyed entertaining, it was always something fun! I’m my own character in my own way haha!

Albanian-American My mom was adopted with some Swedish and Polish roots. And my father was born in Montenegro with Albanian/Yugoslavian roots.

I have a book addiction. I like to say it’s a healthy one haha. I like writing and I also loveeee video games. Anything where my mind can explore, whether I’m creating my own stories or being immersed in other stories. Oh, and traveling—can’t forget that one!

Yessss I have some very crazy goals that I will one day achieve. I might be 60, or maybe not, but I tell myself to just keep working at it and one day, it will pay off. One dream I will share is to be in an action movie with Charlize Theron haha Let’s be real, she is a badass.

Sushi, but I could go for a burger.

English is my primary language, but I’ve always been fascinated by other cultures and languages. I wouldn’t say fluent, but I know some Albanian and Montenegrin, a little bit of Spanish, and I’m intermediate in Japanese.

There was an advertisement on the radio one day and the information was sent to my mom. I really wanted to do it even though I wasn’t sure exactly what it was, but it turned out to be auditions for some talent competition. I got to experience the fundamentals of acting and music. I ended up going to L.A. to perform my material, and I got offers from agents. Since I was only 12, moving to L.A. was unrealistic, but my mom (or “momager” as I called her) helped me find local auditions to build my resume. Had a bumpy start since it’s scary entering this world. It wasn’t always easy—there were scams, and it was intimidating to navigate the industry at first. Thankfully, my mom always had my back. I landed my first feature film role at 14 (or maybe 15), and since then, I’ve been training and refining my craft!.

Music also started with that competition in L.A. I worked with a producer and shared a piano song I’d written about bullying. Recording it, along with other songs, was a dream come true. Later, I recorded an Albanian cover of “Xhamadani Vija Vija,” which caught the attention of a singer in Kosovo. We ended up collaborating on a song called “Dime,” and it was an amazing experience! I performed it on news channels and at a festival. Working with producers overseas opened doors for more opportunities—until COVID hit. The borders closed, and everything paused, including my plans for a life overseas.

Gaming was something I did during Covid. And I know a lot of people struggled with the huge change. I was still trying to finish school and I ended up on a semi-professional esports team! Crazy, right? Opportunities did open up in that route, but gaming wasn’t something I wanted to pursue. I felt more at home with acting and music. But it definitely was a cool experience! Who would’ve thought I’d meet some cool friends online, too?

We only get one life, and we must live it to the fullest. These are the words I live my life. And whenever I feel overwhelmed, I look up at the sky and think of my brother watching over me from heaven. He was my biggest supporter, along with my mom; neither of them gave up on me.
